Existing in a generation that is so fast paced, we try to run against the clock, to beat time. But too often we get caught up by the materialistic world and forget about ourselves and about one another. Chasing after the temporary things  like money and even certain people to satisfy our wants rather than finding our needs. Taking water, food and shelter for granted. Abusing our health with an unhealthy lifestyle. Making choices we initially thought was correct and pressured into making, then regretting it in the long run. Left feeling saddened and lonely, uninspired and wasted. Time after time this cycle restarts and again we are left feeling empty. But just like a lotus flower emerging from a murky pond, always looking so clean and pure against the background of the dirty pond. We to can shine above our occasionally dull lifestyle. 

We may not be able to change the world or change anyone, neither do we have the answer to solving the biggest issues in the world, but together we can change the life of one person at a time, starting with our own, to make it more worthwhile. 
'Canh-Vinh & You' wishes to create a loving environment full of joy and happiness for one another, the volunteers and the recipient. From the way we carry ourselves with pride, respect and compassion to our actions that embodies our values and passions. Our members recognizes the problems and work together to make the situation one bit better through our collaborative work and team effort. 

Believing that one's health is their most valuable asset, whether if it is their physical or mental wellbeing. Everyone should be cherished and taken care of, to receive the right treatment, support and guidance needed. We want to facilitate our communities' love and compassion towards the people who need it most.
